Lijie Grace Zhang

Professor Lijie Grace Zhang's research applies a range of interdisciplinary technologies and approaches in 3D/4D bioprinting, nanotechnology, tissue engineering, stem cells, and drug delivery for complex tissue regeneration and various disease treatments. Specifically, her lab is working on the following innovative research projects: (1) vascularized and cardiac tissue regeneration; (2) neural tissue regeneration; (3) musculoskeletal tissue regeneration; (4) 4D printing soft biorobotics for biomedical applications; and (5) 3D printed tunable tissue models for cancer metastasis study.
